These dry deep sea scallops from New Bedford are very firm and absolutely delicious! They are mildly sweet and tender. These are completely dry which means no water or chemical additives. Preferred by chefs and scallop lovers from all over the world!
Most are creamy white but can range in color from white to cream or even tan. Yield is 10 or less scallops to the pound. We only sell our Dry New Bedford Deep Sea Scallops individually fresh frozen which is the BEST way for them to retain their freshness-they are frozen the same day they are harvested in New Bedford, MA.
