NEW! Wild Pacific Coho Salmon is troll caught using hook and line. It has a rich, reddish orange meat and has been called one of the best tasting salmon. It is great for people who don't like a strong, fishy flavor and is high in Omega 3's. It is a milder flavor than King and Sockeye Salmon, 100% natural, wild caught and sustainably sourced. Please note although the salmon is de-boned, it may contain an occasional bone.
We recommend cooking to 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
